Si vous passez par un serveur LDAP, il se peut que le profil donne pour SHELL /bin/bash et que ce dernier programme n'existe pas sur la partition(ou WPAR).
Remplacer alors le SHELL et vous corrigerez le problème.
De même, si le groupe primaire de l'utilisateur n'existe pas, l'erreur se produit.
Afin de diagnostioquer un tel incident au login, essayer d'abord avec un 'su - Username'.
